You can request for the following preparation:
- Fillet / Steak Cuts (200g, 250g or 500g portions)
- Head / Bones / Belly / Tail will be packed separately and returned to you
- Do note that 4kg fish does NOT equate to 4kg of meat yield as 4kg includes the weight of the head/tail/bones/intestines/scales etc.

Orders without any remarks will be default filleted into 500g portions.
