Delivery / In-store Pick-up Information
For bicycles delivery, lead times are between 2 to 4 weekdays from order date.

During promotion periods, lead times may stretch to 7 weekdays
For in-store pick-up, lead times are between 2 to 4 weekdays from order date.

A notification will be sent to inform you that your bicycle is ready for pick-up.

In-store pick-ups are limited to Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am to 6:30pm only.
