Export sets refer to those parallel PSPs that the brands import and then they sell to their respective consumers.

Warranty coverage is only limited to its country of origin.

An export set doesn’t provide you with official warranty.

The factor of authentication comes into the bigger picture while opting for export sets.

They possess their own rules and regulations, for which people are not guaranteed proper authentication.

Thus these are call Export Set.

Q: Why is the mobile device set that you purchase from Mobiler Comm cheaper than market rate?

A: Mobile device models are categorised as older models, and/or have been discontinued and we purchase in bulk.

Mobiler Comm does not have any form of middleman charges and our overhead costs are low.

Q: How can we ensure that the mobile device set functions well after the purchase?

Is there a warranty period given?

A: Yes, all our mobile device sets come with 6 MONTHS IN-HOUSE WARRANTY period from the day of purchase.

Customers are advised to keep the receipt of purchase or warranty card.

IMPORTANT: FOR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE PRESENT UPON EXCHANGE.

This limited warranty does not cover:
*Damages caused by lightning, water, negligence or improper handling.

*Product has been modified, disassembled or tampered with.

*Error free operation of product performance affected by system configuration, software, system configuration
BEFORE PURCHASE POLICY:
Customer must be aware that they are purchasing an Export Set from Mobiler Comm which does not carry a Local warranty.

Warranty is by us (Mobiler Comm Pte Ltd).

Customer must be aware that they are purchasing an Export Set which possess their own rules and regulations, for which people are not guaranteed proper authentication.

When you have made a purchase with us, you shall be deemed agreeable to our Terms and Conditions as listed herewith.

COLLECTION / DELIVERY:

For Self-Collection at our store, customers are advised to open the mobile device set to check for any manufacturing defects before leaving the premises.

For Delivery, customers are advised to check for any manufacturing defects upon receiving the package.

REFUND POLICY:
Mobiler Comm will only do a refund or exchange if the phone has manufacture defects within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase.

All return items must be in complete original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, with full accessories, documentation and warranty card return to our store.

Terms shall apply to all online platform for customers as well.

We do not responsible for personal data or items left in return merchandise.

Once item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund.

If the above conditions are not met, Mobiler Comm reserves the right to refuse or return the item at customers expenses.
