Custom Fitting Package: 1 Pair Formthotics Insoles + Consultation

Package includes 1 pair of custom Formthotics insoles and one-to-one consultation session(s) with Dr.

Leong, our Formthotics orthotics specialist.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We will mail you one pair of Formthotics insoles before the consultation session.

The insoles may take some getting used to, so do break them in with walks or easy runs not exceeding 5km.

It would be good if you could use them daily from now until the date of your consultation.

Whenever you feel any discomfort, please remove them and let your feet rest.

Then wear them again the next day.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We will reach out to you to arrange for your consultation session with Dr.

Leong, which will take 1.5 to 2 hours, including customisation.

Our consultation hours are:
Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
Saturday, 2pm to 6pm

The consultation will be held at Dr.

You will need to bring along your insoles, socks and the shoes you plan to wear them with.
