• Home Delivery is available Monday – Sunday, however there are blackout dates for items under promotion / Flash Sales.

• Delivery time slot is 11am-5pm.

We are unable to accommodate any specific timing request.

Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery route for the day.

However, due to traffic or weather condition, there might be delay.

If you need the items for an event or specific timing, it is advisable for the items to be delivered one day before the event date and please keep them refrigerated.

• Please kindly have somebody at home to receive the items.

Our friendly delivery partners will try to contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside of your home.

However, we will not be responsible in case of any missing or damage to the items left unattended.

• Strictly No redelivery in the event of unsuccessful delivery attempt due to various reasons.

there is no access to the unit and no one at home or picking up the calls.
