(4)Please be at home and ready to collect your products.

Our delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable
(5)Refunds/returns are strictly not be provided after collection/delivery
(6)Orders must be placed and informed of the date and time for collection upon order and completed within 14 days from ordering
(7) For changes of deliveries venue please inform us at least 2 working day before your original redemption date.

(8)Show your Shopee order ID thru the app and provide your name as per Shopee order (not your Shopee chat name) on your day of collection.

(9)It is recommended to keep the cake in the air-conditioned area for NOT more than 3 hours.

Eat at room temperature for best texture and easy cutting.

If refrigerated, it should be removed and thawed at room temperature 15 mins before serving.

**Please take note that the cake contains dairy product and should be kept in chiller at all time unless to be consume within 3 hour in room temperature
**Re-refrigerate multiple times of thawed cakes is highly not recommended
