(1) We only do delivery from Monday – Saturday.

(2) Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next day 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day 11AM – 5.30PM.

(3) Under "Remark to Seller", input your desired delivery date and other specific requests.

We will do our best to meet them.

(4) For any questions, please feel free to chat with us.

(5) For urgent deliveries, please contact us via Chat and we will try out best to accommodate.

(6) Please be at home and ready to collect your products.

Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable.

(7) Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns are strictly not provided after collection/delivery.

(8) For “Seller Store Pick Up”, please let us know one day in advance before collection.

Collection timing is between 10:00 AM to 6:00PM from Monday to Friday & 10:00AM to 12:00PM for Saturday.
