WARRANTY POLICY
WHAT IS THE NORTH FACE WARRANTY
The North Face products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product- Apparel*, Equipment and Accessories are covered by a two-year limited warranty, while *The North Face Lifestyle Sportswear, Logowear and Footwear collections are covered by a one-year limited warranty.

If the product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

Note that items purchased from other authorised 3rd parties or resellers have to be returned to the original place of purchase and subjected to their respective return policy.

The North Face reserves the right to dishonour returns made from unauthorised resellers or any counterfeit products purchased from these retailers under the pretext of The North Face branding.

HOW TO CLAIM FOR WARRANTY
- Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase.

- Alteration of The North Face product will void warranty.

- We require that all products are in clean condition.

Products that are unacceptably dirty will be returned to customer.

- Average waiting time for reply on warranty claim is 2 weeks.

- Average waiting time for repair is 4 weeks, subject to replacement parts availability.

- In case of delay in parts arrival, our staff will contact you to inform you of the delay.
